OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measures the ratio of Full Productive Time to Planned Production Time.
If your OEE score is 100% then you are making only Good Parts, as fast as possible (Ideal Cycle Time), with no Stop Time, during the time you are scheduled for production.

A Simple Test:
Ask a machine operator to note each stoppage during a shift. If those stoppages average 60 seconds or less, as many stoppages do, the operator may not consider such stops as “official” downtime. They may also not consider those stoppages as being worthy of note if there was no need to call maintenance to get the machine back up and running. However, executive management may see this as valid downtime and therefore, there becomes a need to eliminate the gap in understanding and communication.

We deliver a solution that is easy to install and maintain. A simple three step process combines hardware, software, and training into a solution that your maintenance staff can easily handle while meeting your IT department's exacting needs.
Any "off-the-shelf" or "BYOT" (bring your own TV) TV will work with our digital signage. A "Direct Machine Interface" (DMI) enclosure is provided for data capture along with our display appliance using an HDMI connection. We provide all the necessary drawings and remote technical support for your maintenance team to install the hardware with minimal effort.
We work with your IT department and team for server configuration and setup. We utilize VPN software for remote file transfers and troubleshooting. The footprint is minimal and can exist in a virtual machine environment. Using a VPN, our team installs the ScoreKeeper Application, PLC Communication Driver, and Report Server.
While hardware and software is being deployed, we are training your "ScoreKeeper Site Champion". This individual is our main point of contact and is usually designated as the onsite trainer" We will provide training in a series of webinars then the remainder of your team is trained by our trainers and/or your "ScoreKeeper Site Champion".
